Refund Policy

Thank you for taking service at Estudypal.

Conditions for refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that

  • 1. Refund only if work cannot be delivered from our side.
  • 2. Cancellation only if intimated within 30 mins from the time of payment &/or order confirmation.
  • 3. Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days. It might take 15 working days to get back as a refund and it will be received to you in the same mode of payment through which you have initiated the payment.
  • 4. No refunds allowed if service is provided from our side.
  • 5. Refund amount is decided based on the work done and how critical it is.
  • 6. We retain the right to decide the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above condition in our sole discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at estudypal@GMAIL.COM.Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
